By booking or purchasing any service through this website, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy and agree to them.

I offer coaching sessions, online programs, courses, group events and related services to support personal growth and wellbeing.

Coaching & Wellbeing Disclaimer

My services support personal growth and wellbeing. I do not diagnose, treat or cure physical or mental health conditions. Nothing in my sessions, programs, courses or content should be considered medical, psychological, therapeutic or other professional health advice. If you have health concerns, please seek support from a qualified healthcare provider.

Payments

Payments can be made via Stripe or bank transfer. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel a session or booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a refund. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable. For multi-session programs, courses or group offerings, refunds are only available if requested up to 48 hours before the first session begins. After the program has started, no refunds are provided.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to show up to sessions and programs on time, participate respectfully and take responsibility for your own wellbeing. For group spaces, confidentiality and respect for others is required.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within my services — including but not limited to text, written materials, course content, videos, audio, designs, branding, concepts, methods, and all photographs — is the intellectual property of Nadja Franz and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the materials provided to you for your personal and non-commercial use only. No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, shared, republished, posted, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent.

All photographs on this website and within my content are my own and may not be saved, downloaded, copied, used, or shared in any form without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of my services or website.

Governing Law & International Clients

These Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy are governed by Danish law. If you are located in the United Kingdom, mandatory UK consumer rights may apply in addition to these terms. I offer my services internationally, and clients are responsible for ensuring they meet any local requirements in their country when purchasing or participating.
